Mr. Ebenezer Tetteh Asodji is the Executive Director of DES Microfinance Company Limited. Mr. Asodji joined Manya Krobo Rural Bank in October 2005 as a Credit officer and rose through the ranks to become the Head of Credit. He has vast experience in Microfinance and general Credit administration and reporting. He holds a Degree in Business Administration, Accounting option from Valley View University and a Higher National Diploma in Statistics. Ebenezer attended several seminars and training workshops in Microfinance operations, Customer Care, Portfolio Management, and Lending methodologies. The Executive Director has been the Administrator of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) - Somanya from 2008 to date.
Mr. Carlos Sackitey Dicka holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance option from the Methodist University College. Mr. Carlos Dicka worked in the finance department with the Trauma and Specialist Hospital, Winneba as a national service person. Mr. Carlos Sackitey Dicka manages the accounts and also performs the roles of finance officer for DES Microfinance Ltd.
Mr. Emmanuel Ansah a product of Central University College, is the Credit and Recovery Officer. Mr. Emmanuel Ansah worked with Volta River Authority (V.R.A) and Upper Manya Krobo Rural Bank Limited with specialization in loans and Banking services.
